Challenge Rules

Each participate must put in twenty dollars, this challenge will last for 12 weeks.  It will be an accumulation of a bunch of different challenges each day that will be graded so although weight loss will be a factor it will not be the only way to win.  At the end of ninety days we will tally all points the points portion of the challenge will be worth 50 % of the total.  We will then take a measurement of inches lost and weight. Weight loss will be 25% and inches will be 25% this will be based on your body fat percentage so everyone will have an equal chance to win.  Everyone needs to weigh themselves and take measurements of stomach, chest, arms, thighs, calves and waist. Then email me your starting totals it will be kept private and no one will know except me and you.  I think this will be a lot of fun and I am really excited for it.  To save on paper I figured you could just give mark each day with an “l” if you complete the task and then we can total it out at the end.  Because the challenge last 12 weeks there will be a maximum 12 marks on each day of the week.  This challenge will only be fun if you are all honest so don’t cheat the system…  Depending on how many people want to compete we will have different prizes…  Starting out with the grand prize which will receive 50% of the prize money, second prize will be for whomever loses the most weight they will receive 15% of money and then most inches lost will receive 15% and then the person who completed the most challenges will receive 20%.  By white flour this means no noodles of any kind Ramen, cup of noodles, white bread, pancakes and even rice.  If you need a substitute for rice use brown rice or quina I think that is how it is spelled.
